Are there alternatives to the gym, sports and walking?
Are there fun alternatives to the gym, sports and brisk walks? Of course! We’ve compiled a long list of activities to boost your muscle groups and improve your fitness.
To feel good and prevent the breakdown of our muscle mass, we need to raise our heart rate and activate all our muscle groups a few times a week.
What you train should be fun

How do I find what suits me?
Try something new – or something you thought was fun earlier in life! Happiness is associated with good health and longevity, so it pays to invest in fun activities. If you can find one or two activities that you can do on a daily basis, you will have improved your chances considerably!
Small, new habits more important than big changes
It is not the huge changes but the small activities that you continue to do on a daily basis that will affect your health in the long run. So please think in terms of what you enjoy doing. What makes you happy? Which form of exercise is comfortable? What can you continue to do? Focus on that or those forms of exercise.
When it comes to health and well-being, regular exercise is about as close to a magic potion as you can get.
