Dosage suggestions
At the beginning, a daily dose of 1 x 15 ml or 3 x 5 ml in your shaker together with Lively and Charged. Increase to a daily dose of 1 x 25 ml and 3 x 8 ml respectively. To be taken in concentrated form or diluted with water, preferably before meals. This amount should not be exceeded.
