Right of return

When buying goods from Mineralstationen, a 14 day right of return always applies. The customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying Mineralstationen and returning the item. For more information about your right of return, please see our Terms of Purchase. 

1. Return or exchange

1.1 Please note that in the event of an exchange, you as customer place a new order on the new item. The new order is placed at the current price online. Prices cannot be corrected afterwards.

1.2 How to make a return or exchange at Mineralstationen:

1. To return one or more items, register a return by visiting the Contact page at Mineralstationen

2. In the subject box, write “Return” and your order number. PLEASE NOTE! Returns without an order number cannot be accepted.

3. Fill in all the requested contact information

4. In the message box, specify what was wrong with the order

5. Enter your mobile number to complete the message

6. Expect a response from Mineralstationen within 5 working days. 
DO NOT return your item before receiving a response from Mineralstationen.

1.3 The right of return does not apply to the following types of goods:
– goods with a broken seal or broken packaging;
– goods that may quickly deteriorate or become old;
products with special terms, such as dietary supplements

2. Refund

2.1 As soon as your returned item has arrived at Mineralstationen, the refund process will begin. Refunds will be made to you via the payment option you have chosen, unless otherwise agreed or there are obstacles to such repayment.

Payment card

3-5 business days. The refund is made to the same card used for the purchase.

Bank transfer

3-5 business days. The refund is made to the same account used for the purchase.

Invoice

As soon as we have received and registered your return we will inform Svea Ekonomi that they must correct the invoice or send a refund to you. They will contact you with a form where you fill in your account details so that they can start your refund process. The reason you have to provide these is because Klarna does not have access to your account information due to bank security.

As soon as we have received and registered your return, Svea Ekonomi will correct your invoice. 

3. Complaints

3.1 If something is wrong with your item, please report the item to us as soon as possible and return it. You must return the item in order for us to approve a complaint, we reserve the right to charge for unreturned goods. Here’s how to make a complaint at Mineralstationen.se:
