Red smoothie with Lively & Charged


2 dl strawberries

1 dl blackberries

1 dl pineapple

1 dl raspberries

2-3 dl almond milk

0,75 scoop Lively

0,5 cork Loaded

1 teaspoon of fatty acids (e.g. Möllers Tran)

Do this:

Combine all the ingredients except for the Charged in a blender and blend until smooth. The almond milk can be replaced with oat milk if desired. Of course, regular milk also works. Mix in Laddad just before serving.
