Happiness is associated with good health and longevity, so it pays to invest in fun activities. If you can find one or two activities that you can do on a daily basis, you will have improved your chances considerably!<\/p>\n<h3>Small, new habits more important than big changes<\/h3>\n<p>It is not the huge changes but the small activities that you continue to do on a daily basis that will affect your health in the long run. So please think in terms of what you enjoy doing. What makes you happy? Which form of exercise is comfortable? What can you continue to do?
